A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to disapprove the closure of dorothea dix hospital.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law and pursuant to G.S. 122C-181(c), the closure of Dorothea Dix Hospital by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, pursuant to G.S. 122C-181(b) or any other provision of law, is disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
