§ 163A-770. Power of chairman to administer oaths.
The chairman of the county board of elections is authorized to administer to election officials specified in Parts 2 and 4 of this Article and Part 1 of Article 21 the required oath, and may also administer the required oath to witnesses appearing before the county board at a duly called public hearing.
