§ 15A-532.  (Effective until December 1, 2026) Persons authorized to determine conditions for release.

§ 15A-532.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Persons authorized to determine conditions for release.

Judicial officials may determine conditions for release of persons in proceedings over which they are presiding, in accordance with this Article.
