§ 135-200.  Benefits disallowed under this Article.

Notwithstanding anything in this Article to the contrary, no death benefit provided for under this Article shall be paid at the death of a member if a death benefit is paid related to that member under G.S. 135-63.  (2025-11, ss. 1(a), (aa), 3.)
