HOUSE BILL 1062

AN ACT relating to the release of animal services records IN beaufort COUNTy.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 1(b) of S.L. 2018‑105, as rewritten by Section 1 of S.L. 2019‑106, reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 1.(b)  This section applies to Beaufort, Guilford, Pitt, and Burke Counties only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
